Default New shocks coming up. Which ones should I get?

I have the H & R Pro Sport kit on my -95 vert. I'm replacing the shocks this spring. I could use a push in the right direction on which package to get. I only use the car on the highway and around town. No track.

The Tokico HP's. Nice but pricey. 300$

KYB GR-2. Affordable 220$

I don't want adjustables. I had that on my last car and never touched the adjustment so it's just a waste of money.

So, should I pay the extra money for the Tokicos or will KYB's get the job done as well?

I asked the same question last week. One guy on here said the kyb's started leaking after 8000 miles and recommended the tokicos. I too am looking for something for daily driving. I might consider the tokicos, b/c they cost a little more than the kyb's.

Let us know what you get.

Considering you drive on the street. Save your money and get the basic KYB's. They are a bargain for what you get.

Save the adjustables for racers fighting the clock.

I've decided to go with the Tokicos. Unlike the KYB's, I haven't heard any negative reviews about them. Besides, it's just 80$ difference between them. When they are installed and the goddam snow is gone so I can get the car out of the garage, I'll write my impression of them. Thanks for the input.

I like the Tokicos event tho they are pricey. ANy I always go with BMR suspension. Gotta keep it all the same lol
