Default using pass seat as drivers seat?

This may be an odd question, but is it possible to use a passenger seat as a drivers seat in a 94 mustang? my drivers seat is trashed and i have been looking for a set in decent condition, but it seems as if everyone elses seats are in the same condition. i can find plenty of good passenger seats though. does anyone know if i could get a passenger seat and mount it to a drivers seat track and switch the seatbelt loop over and use it as a drivers seat?

You can use it but need to make some modes to it and how it will mount.
I would go to a interior shop and get a quote to have your seat fixed and save the headache.

The lever on the back to lean the seat forward will be on the wrong side.

as they said there may be some minor issues. I was suprised when I painted my interior last year that I discovered that the drivers side is about 2" wider then the passenger side so it may rub the consol, but only one way to find out.
