I just got throough the death of a family member a 66 Mustang. Im having a problem with it. The tranny doesnt shift into drive until 65-70 miles an hour. I noticed that the vaccum line from the tranny(automatic c-4)is off but there is no where to hook it up at. The carb and spacer and maybe even the intake have been changed. the carb is a 2 barrel autolite and the intake is a stock ford 2 barrel.I tried hooking it up on a vaccum being used by an aftermarket cruise control that comes off the back of the intake but no luck. also shouldnt I have some kind of shift down linkage cuz I got nothing?
