Here's my opinion even though no one asked for it hahahaha :P

I think it's good that members post stuff like this to inform us mustang owners from the company we might purchase from. So they don't treat us like crap and get away with it. And if mustang owners are known for having a big opinion about customer service, they will treat mustang owners better or leave the mustang business which is a win win situation for us.

On the other hand, if you're doing this just to come up on a brand new set of headers, you are putting us in a good amount of shame. They won't listen to us when we really have a poblem, like the boy who cried wolf.

Let's not be bias here guys. I'm talking to the mf members. This guy might be telling the truth and we can't just assume that he's here force Pypes into giving him a new pair by making this issue public. Nor can we assume what Pypes is telling us, companies do a lot of crap for money. Let's choose our words carefully. We might scare off other mustang owners that really gets screwed over and we will never hear about it.

I am telling the truth, although the pypes guy assumed i was just trying to burn him. if you read the post you will see where he admits that he was wrong, surprizingly. I just posted here as a warning. The part has been fixed at my expense, which was cheaper than paying for shipping back and forth to pypes and is back on my baby. before buying any mods it pays to do your research. If i had done so, i may have spent a little bit more but i would not have had this issue. hopefully. trust me putting this item on the first time is much easier and less time consuming as having to remove, fix, and put it back on, pain in the ****.

One more thing on this topic. If you are planning on buying these headers, don't base your decision on the fact that they are shiny, as within a few hundred miles they turn bluish black. while i had the header off i attempted to polish it back to its original chrome like shine. No go. Im not an expert metal polisher, but i did try a few differant things short of sandpaper and nothing helped.

Once again Jason, the pics you initially sent me did not CLEARLY (<< key word) show me any cracks.

And I'll ask again, please inform me of the other forums that you are angrily bashing me on?

I also never received a call with you shipping info. Just reminding you.

Bane, buddy, your a dumbass kid.

Business rules accepted in the trade is no replacement without inspection and we don't send out two parts of high cost on one payment. You could have paid for the replacement, sent the old one in and waited for your refund.

Shipping cost is the risk of shopping mail order. You want to avoid that, buy local.

Really, how smart can you be to think JB Weld was the answer? Even after that, he is still offering to warranty the part? I wouldn't. I'd tell you that alteration of the product voided your warranty.

If you only came out to bitch and not contribute to the community, crawl back in your hole and go away.
