Hmmm, only 20 posts from the OP... seems he only came on this forum to bad mouth Pypes and not to contribute any knowledge/help/advise. I requested pics of his X pipe hangers and got nothing... this leads me to believe he installed it without the proper hangers and the reason for the cracked header flange was his own doing, but this didn't stop him from badmouthing an exhaust that I have installed correctly on my own car with no problems. Seems he should man up and apologize to Pypes and admit his stupidity... but I don't think that will happen as we have not seen hide nor hair of him since I requested those pics. So I'm gonna go ahead and declare him a TROLL... anyone else with me?

I'm not...having been on the recieving end of a crappy product and witnessed their poor customer service first hand.
Their rep is not all that good in the first place.

Maybe things could have been handled better on both sides. But I don't agree calling him a troll just because he has not been back to satisfy you, which you have little to nothing to do with the issue.

 

I work in retail and I can tell you that no company is going to take somebodies word on it and do a refund without the defective product first. Yeah it's a pain to have to shop a product back and then have it shipped to you again but that's what happens when you order from across the country their is no other way to handle the situation. Dealing with people like this OP on a daily basis is why I am a firm believer that over 60% of the worlds population are idiots that have no common sense and very little intelligence. It should be a crime to go out in public flaunting this kind of stupidity
