Hi....I have a matching numbers 170 ci mustang coupe that has at some stage been changed from a generator model to an alternator model. My question is can the alternator model still have the stop light switch on the front of the brake cylinder or does it have to be under the dash like the 65's. Mine appears to be on the brake cylinder but has stopped working so needs replacing and I am having trouble locating one under the dash....cheers from Australia and thanks in advance for any info...Barry
