Default need some help & advice with my mustang

i have an 02 mustang gt that i bought a few months ago

a couple things i have noticed that im not sure what the best way to fix is

the first is a loose part on the exterior of my car

its the piece of body work that starts at the bottom of the windshield on the side and runs up to the roof. ( im not sure what it is called, it sticks out a little more than the other parts though.) It is loose to the touch, i can see in the gap that their are clips that pop in, but i live in north dakota and its pretty cold here right now. Would it be easier to pop them in when it is warmer? i tried pushing on it and trying to align them, but i cant seem to get them to go back in. Any advice here?

also the roof was raised on my car, and on the inside the headliner is starting to droop a little bit in the back and front. Its nothing major but was just wondering what the best type of adhesive would be to fix this, or if i shold use adesive or not.

thanks for any help guys!

Those clips can be a pain in the cold (coming from someone who lived in GF and Bis for a long time).

When you say your 'roof was raised'... what exactly do you mean?

Saggy headliner can be an easy fix with some 3M adhesive spray and some extra hands to help you tack it all back up.

yeah for sure, the car was lightly rolled before i bought it but it is in pretty much perfect condition now, and i have had it for almost a year.

and i guess its not just the headliner, because thats just the cloth right? its a little bit more sturdy then that. It feels like a heavy cardboard that is starting to droop with the headliner cloth on it. I think it was adhesived before and just enough wasnt used maybe?

and should i just wait until its warmer and try to pop in those clips?

i live in grand forks haha
