Default DIY fuse block

I'm about to start my re-wiring, starting from scratch. This car is going to be bare bones essentials, and I've already got my wiring diagram drawn up. I have my switch block, but I can't figure out any way to do my fuses. Does anyone sell a bare fuse block that I can solder my own leads to? Initially I was going to rebuild the one that was in the car but it's sealed plastic and I can't get into it without breaking it.

I've found a couple like this

for marine use, I'm guessing. Any reason why it won't work in a car?

I actually used two of the Blue Sea brand marine blocks in my car as auxiliary fuse holders (I now have an easy place to tie-in switched and and constant power, as well as grounds under the dash).

Quality on the Blue Sea stuff was impressive, very heavy duty and well made. as long as you plan it out and get one with the right number of fuse locations etc, it should work fine.
