Default shift kit

The valve body is the mechanisim that directs fluid inside the transmision. An automatic trans is a bunch of hydrolic parts that work together to shift your trans through the gears. There is practicly no simularitys between a manual transmission and an auto. No syncros, no shift forks, not even gears in the sence that a manual does. I could explane how it works, but I would get carple tunnle from all the typing.

For a daily driver i would say yes. Go with a stage 2 from transgo. They come with a video on how to do it. If you aren't all that mechanically inclined, but feeling adventurous you could do it, provided that you have all the right tools at your place. I know that you love the results and procede to hump your car after your first drive
