Hi everyone, my first post.

I recently purchased a 2001 mustang convertible. Everything so far is looking good, but when I click the lever to engage the high beams, they won't stay on. If I hold down the lever, the high beams work fine, but as so as I let go, the low beams stay on. Is this basically a mechanism in the switch that needs replacing? Thanks everyone,

Are you sure you are not just hitting the flash to pass instead of the actual high beam?
