Trunk and door lock malfunction

Trunk and door lock malfunction
Our 2011 GT's door locks and trunk release are inoperative. We have taken to the ford dealer twice but they can't reproduce the problem. They have replaced the fuse both times and it blew again this weekend, so now the doors and trunk will not open. has this happened to anyone else out there? It seems the Crossroads Ford is t a loss as how to solve it.
