Default '05 v6 will not start.

I got a 2005 mustang that won't start it just cranks. I found all the plugs fouled out and the oil smells like there's gas in it. Is there a fuel pressure regulator on this car? There's plenty of spark and I even installed new plugs. I checked for voltage at the injectors and it's there. The chip in the key is good because the security light don't flash quickly while I'm attempting to start it. I checked all the fuses and there all good. I really think it's getting too much fuel. Is there anything that controls the fuel pressure? I know there's a fuel pressure/temp sensor on the driver side fuel rail, does that tell the fuel pump to send more/less fuel?? PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks!

You might get a better response if you post in the 4.0 section. I don't think many will look in this section.
