Max Tire on 17x8
whats the maximum tire width i can get on a stock mustang 17x8 rim? i know that someone i know had put on a 255 but that was a while ago and i dont know how that turned out. such as blow out or anything.
really looking to go as wide as possible without risking anything

255s are fine but they are kinda hard to find.
I just barely got 275s on the rim but the sidewall was really bending. I wouldn't go bigger than 255s, personally, if you don't want to worry.

yeah i dont want to have the sidewall bulging like crazy, i wish they made the stock rims 9" dammit. cuz i really like them.
this is going to suck since my car is going to be over 300 horse and then im getting gears, HAHA buuurrrnnnn rubber
