GAUGE HELP
i just got a white indiglo gauge insert for my 02 gt and it came with no instructions. im sure someone has close to the samething and i was wondering how to hook up the wires, i got the one that plugs into the wire attatched to the insert, but i dont know what to splice the red and the black to that come out of the little box thing that says "Epicenter"on it . anyone have anyidea? oh and how do i get the needles off to put the insert in?
taking the needles off isnt required. Mine slid right over the needles and on top of the stock face.
the red is the power wire. you want to wrap that around your light fuse in your fuse box so that whenever you turn ur lights on the things come on too. Make sure you put the black wire on metal without that ull blow the fuse or the facin it self. check out my cardomain if it looks like mine then just follow what i said. uprproducts.com also have little guides on installin facing. if you do have to remove the needles you got to be careful cause doing so risk that when you put them back they'll be out of alignment. next time ull be drivin your fuel gauge may say 3/4 but ull be at empty. or ur doin 50 n the speedo says 30. anyways post some pics n ill try to help you out more if i can.
