Question Weird Morning Issues

2 days ago, I get in the Pony like any other morning to go to work, start the car (it starts fine), and then I see this. DTE FLI ERROR on the message center, fuel gauge not working, Oil pressure gauge not working, Battery Gauge works, Temp Gauge works, emergency brake light is on, anti skid light is on, TPMS light is on, blinker lights do not work or make the clack sound(although the blinkers did work), and the my color in the cluster did not work. I checked everything and everything that it said was bad, was fine so I drove to work. After being on the road for about 25 minutes everything came alive and all warnings went away. Fast forward to yesterday morning, it did the same exact thing except for this time it went away after driving about 10 minutes or so. Now it was extremely cold for Virginia those two days with temps in the teens, so last night I put her in the garage where my wife's car resides....... and voila this morning no issues what so ever...... At first I thought the instrument cluster was going bad, but now I'm leaning to the battery not handling the extreme cold.....

Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks
Bill

Could be any number of things. The battery is an easy one to rule out though, so I'd start there.

By the way, what is an "Extended Throttle Body" ?
