Default Stock or mod brake system?

I was wandering if my stock '93 LX's brake system would be enough to handle my soon to be 351W swap. Could I get by with the stock setup or would an upgrade be needed? If so, what kind? A full upgrade? A rear drum-to-disc? Or a full blown high performance?

if you ever plan on upgrading to 17" wheels i would do a five lug conversion with the 94 up cobra breaks. but for now the breaks you have will work just not nearly as good. there is more than one car running around with a v8 on 4cly brakes
