Unless I am mistaken he wil not be able to use a tuner such as a SCT or Diablo. His car is a 98 and those are for the 99 and up stangs. He can still use a chip or a speed cal to correct his speedo. Much cheaper as well. The gear will cost you like 15 bucks and can be changed out in 10 minutes. I have one that I never used because I sold my mystic cobra so if you ever want it I'll sell it cheap. I 2nd the Accufab being the perfect throttle body and upper intake(plenum) combo. Its polished and gives the best results. Not sure but does the 98 have the PI heads? If not that should be one of the first things you do. If you cold air intake is metal replace it. You get to much heat soak. Best on the market is the Densecharger and 2nd is the K&N FIPK. You also need a good catback exhaust to compliment your x-pipe. This will give some ponies as well as make your car sound bad ace-Shane

 

Get MARCH ram air intake, MARCH under drive pulleys, MARCH balancer. Send back the pulleys you got.
