Default Sidewall damage

Hey guys, messed up yesterday and hit a curb with a rear tire. Caused a small amount of damage to the sidewall. Does this look fine to drive on our should I replace the tire?

Sidewalls are quite thick. It would probably hold up just fine for normal driving, but I wouldn't trust it on the track.

Been there/done that. While the sidewall is thick, there is no reinforcement unlike the tread area that has steel belts. I'd replace it.

On a low profile performance tire I would never drive with any type of sidewall damage. The stresses are much higher since there is less give and more heat from the shorter sidewall.

Also, given the amount of tread that looks like you have left, you're about due for new a new tire(s) anyways.
