06 mustang gt, dash rattling, what to do?

06 mustang gt, dash rattling, what to do?
tbh this has been going on forever, I know its the dash because when I push down on it, the rattling stops. Is there some padding or something I can put under it to make it stop rattling? Any instructions I can follow?

I had a maddening rattle coming from the header panel of my convertible and I suck a small piece of foam between the panel and the windshield frame and haven't given it another thought until just now.
