Default Terminator Crankshaft pulley

The auxiliary crankshaft pulley on my 2004 Terminator is making a chirping noise. With the serpentine belt off It wobbles slightly. Ford no longer makes the part and I could find no replacement on CJ Pony Parts, LMR Mustang and others. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Im not sure if this will help or not,but the following link is a thread from another forum that (somewhat) explains how to rebuild that pulley setup. The link in the 2nd post of that thread unfortunately wouldn't open when I clicked on it,but maybe the images that are shown in combination with the info in a few of the posts in the thread will show you enough so you can tackle it.
