Dials on my windshield wipers don't work. What could be the issue?

When you say dials, are you referring to the numerous lines on the multifunction switch/turn signal lever thats used to activate the wipers?? Are the wipers working on the low & high speed settings, but just not working in the other zones which are considered part of the wiper delay system or are the wipers not working at all on any speed?? If they're not working at all, check the various fuses/relay first. There may be both in the underdash & underhood fuse panels. When checking a relay that you suspect is possibly not working, locate another relay in the panel with the same part number (if there is one) & insert it in place of the suspect relay to confirm whether the suspect relay is bad or not.If the low/high speed wipers work, but the delay doesn't,the multifunction switch or the wiper module (for the delay feature) is most likely bad.Im not sure of the modules location on your year model, but I'll research to try and locate it.

The dials with lines on the side of the steering wheel don't work on any speed setting. It used to work on the highest seeing only for a bit but then it completely stopped working. Checked all the fuses and relays but they're in proper working condition
