Default Electrical problem

Was driving the other night and hit a bump in the rd pretty bad, caused all my electrical sources to cut off My Headlights, dashlights, blinkers, brake/reverse lights, AC, radio, window motors all cut off. My gauges are about the only thing that work

Can you list the year, make, model and engine??
If its a 86-95 5.0 Mustang, the ignition switch would be the first place I'd look since all the components you listed are powered by either the ignition switch itself or by fuses that are powered by the ignition switch. The image below shows the ignition switch pinout.
