Car sat for months waiting for other work and shortly after driving again developed a starter issue. The starter wouldn’t disengage after engine started. I disconnected the battery and after re connecting it car won’t start. Figured the solenoid crapped out but new starter did fix it. Relays test ok, fuses are good but I don’t even hear the usual clicking free m SJB. The SKB is a used one as the first had water damage. Could it be that? Any way to test it?
