Default Diagnosing Window Switch

Hey Guys/gals..new member here..I could use some advice/input please.

I have a 2013 convertible. The switch for the rear window no longer lets me bring the windows down. But the convertible switch brings them down. So..of course the motor is okay, right?

Do I just need a new switch? A fuse? And to replace the switch the plastic piece it sits in just pops out using a car interior pop out hook tool..no???

Thanks in advance

Good analysis. Sounds like switch of door affected is faulty. Generally they pop up and out to repace.
