Car won't communicate with FordPass
Recently purchased a 2020 GT 350R and have been unable to connect to Ford Pass using the app. Took it to Auto Nation dealer and they replaced the modem but still won't communicate. Has anyone else had this issue?
It may be that they didn't clear the old user data out. I had that problem with my 2019 and had to talk with Ford to figure out how to delete the old user data and then enter my information. AutoNation should have done, as the dealer I bought from should have done it. But they don't seem to take care of it.
