dont know what everyone else thingks, but most (90%) of teens should not learn to drive with a rwd v8... just isnt the safest thing to do
Man.... I'll tell you what I think. It depends on the person. I'm 16 - this is my first car (pics in sig) and I'm careful as hell with it. I learned how to drive a stick partially on my friends Saturn but mostly on my car. If you are responsible and generally not an idiot there is no reason you can't "learn to drive" with a RWD V8. Plus, she already knows how to drive I'm assuming. I'm not going to say I never speed or never spin the tires and mess around, but I'm not doing it all the time and I'm not crazy about it. And, yeah, I get your point, alot of people my age are, but there are still alot like me.

Not only that, she has learned how to drive on the GT, so why not get her one of her own.
i learned how to partially drive on a porsche 911, so why cant i get my own[>:]

actually im 16, and i was thinking that once i sell my jeep in the spring i might want a fox or SN-95, but i can drive an 02 vert too so i figured i dont need another stang, so i did reasearch, and ill probably get bashed for this, but the best car i found for what i want is a 1985.5-1990 porsche 944. 150 HP, 5 speed, 30 mpg, and cheap, about 2k-3500 for one, and insurance was cheaper than a fox

if you insist on the stang, get a fox hatch back, 89-92, upgraded interior, and forged internals on the 5.0

The 944 is a great car. Handling is about as good as you can get too. But repairs are really expensive, so if you cant do your own work look out.

I was lookin at a 944 for a while... but i found out that right around 80-100 thousand miles they start having lots of problems.. and insurance for me was more expensive (by a lot) than the 5.0 mustang. Go figure.

Anywho, it's Flip Cup Wednesday, anyone in the UCF area is invited to join.

thats just upkeep though, timing belt and water pump. $12 for belt, $80 for water pump, labor 9 hours at about $80 an hour, so make sure you get it either really cheap or its already done.

All of my kids will not get a a license until they are 18 years old. I have heard too many horror stories regarding teenage accidents.

There are so many teenage accidents because they are not experienced at driving. If you start driving at 18 you still dont have very much experience. Even if you start driving at 21. If you dont have the experience your still gonna mess up.

Well im 5'7 and yes GA law is pretty strange when it comes to marriage and sex. Who the hell wants to marry at 14???
