i have an auto 01 mustang gt and i was wondering what type of transmission does it come with. and what kind of torque converter should i get to perform at the race tracks but be street driveable

The typical feedback I got when asking that question to a million people was between 2800 and 3200. My GT which is supercharged with 4.10 gears is my daily driver so I went with the 2800. It's in the shop now getting the new tranny built to handle 750. So I cant comment on the drivability of it just yet-Shane
