Default Slight shaking > 70 MPH

As the title says, I have a slight shaking going over 70 mph. The hood itself shakes too and its driving me crazy.

Alignment, and balancing were done. Also my rods are fine as well. What else could it be?

Please help!

It could be a slightly bent rim.Or a broken belt inside the tire. The Ford dealer where I bought my car has a balancer that loads the tire with the same amount of weight the tire puts to the road. They say they can find most phantom tire problems using this machine.
