Default alternator problem

When the car first starts up the charge is normal and holds good and the car runs better then as the car runs longer and warms up the cars charge and voltage goes down and, moves up and down when I turn the lights on and off and the heat on and off. Is this the battery or alternator. Its the stock 95 cobra alternator which i think is 130 amps. Also when i turn the wheel the cars rpms drop 200.

Default RE: alternator problem

Sounds like a soon to be dead voltage regulator.Heat causes the wires to expand and the resistance to go up.This is probably what's causing the regulator to vary the voltage improperly.
The engine speed dropping when you turn the wheels could be the IAC is starting to need cleaning.
