Look around and get some websites for the makers of CAI's and contact them and see if separate parts are available.You could also make your own out of plastic pipe and paint it to match the car or engine bay.
the whole point of the rubber fitting is to secure a tight fit, you dont want it to 1, fall off the TB when driving, and 2, be losing valuable air that should be going into the manifold.
