will a 4.6 drop in where a 3.8 6cyl was. I know there under the dash stuff and the radiatir is different, but am I missing something?

 

The engine mounts, I believe, as well as the wiring harness. From what I remember, the trans, master cylinder and brake booster should all work fine.

The more I think about it, even the engine mounts may line right up. So the biggest thing would be the wiring harness.

I'm sure someone here will know better than I do, though
