RE: drag raidals on my stock 17x8
see i was looking for mickey thompson et street radials,, at 275/40/17 but on a 17x8 bullet wheels im told its not recommended..
either the mickeys or the bf goodrich g force t/a drag radials(the original ones not the flame looking tread) and they are also recommended for a 9 " wheel.
who else has drag radials on 17x8's?

RE: drag raidals on my stock 17x8
i ended up getting Nitto 555R 275/40/17 drag radials
they fit better than the 255/50/17 KDWs i had, bulge out less, and look way more aggressive. it mostly as to do with the 40series tire, which has less sidewall to bulge and look/ride ackward than the 255s i had.
btw, i have trouble breaking it loose at the top of 1st now...before all i had to do it punch it at 50mph and i sent up smoke. what a freaking difference for 400bucks! 12.50s here i come!
