Nice vid!!

I had Motives in for a week and hated them. They are now a boat anchor. Threw the FRPP 4:10's in and love em. With my 5speed I gained 300 rpm's at a cruise over my stock 3:55's.

hmm i c.. well then i guess ill just get the 4.10's.. but dont u lose like top end speed a lot? and does anybody know if i can only buy parts for the Mach 1 or can i buy cobra parts too? since we have the same engine except for the s/c.. cause everytime i look online or in a mag. they tell you what car its for like GT or Cobra but hardly ever Mach 1..

I am not sure what you have for a factory ratio, but mine had 3:55 and I have not lost top end at all. I still pull to 130 before even thinking about 5th.

yeah i have 3.55; right now stock..so u think 4.10's will be good for the Mach

personall i would go with 4.30s, but 4.10s are good too, and here is how it works, a neumerically higher gear ratio will lower your top end power band, which in tern will increase your top speed cause you will be able to use OD and still have power, so if you go to mustangtuning.com and get the gear/tuner combo and get rid of the governor, you could go 180 mph if you have the power, you couldnt do that with 3.55s cause 5th gear is a dog with the T-3650 tranny, with 4.30s at 80 mph you will be at 2700 rpms aboot

hey mustangman.. do you know any good websites or mags. that have Mach 1 parts? i know all mags and websites have mustang parts but i dont know if i can buy persay BBK headers for a cobra and put themn on my Mach 1.. i do know the cobra and mach 1 have the exact same engine except for the s/c.. so i dont know.. i know i couldnt buy a gt part or could i??.. so i was just wondering.. thx for the help.
