Do replacement Gears Void warranty? Along with more HP adding and Warranty Questions
Do putting on diff gears void your warranty?
I just want to add some HP to my GT without voiding the warranty or if I can even having to take anything off before having it looked at in risk of voiding warranty. Any suggestions?

I answer this one in your other thread, by the way, sticking to the same thread will make it easier to track responses.

Viking, thanks for your input. It certainly helps me understand it all better. There's a saying...speed costs money. It's just a matter of how fast you want to go. There is a very lucrative aftermarket cashing in on the desire for speed. As far as exhaust, there is a definite payback on bucks spent for sound, but very little in the way of speed. If you want to go faster it seems you have to open the hood, then decide how much of your hard earned you want to part with. If I understand you correctly, since I plan to go with the Roush SC and UDP, the long tube headers will be a sensible investment, even if not adding terribly much to the mix. Oh, one question. With the SC, are 4.10 gears okay or should I go with something a little less steep?
