Default Just picked up my NISSAN 350 Z

I just got a loaner from my Dealer and its a 350 Z! I have been thinking WTF! giving a Z as a loaner while they work on my 05 GT Vert!

Kind strange dont you think? The think sure Hauls @ss. I assume thats because they are lighter than our stangs huh?

My Vert is back in for the 5th or 6th time for MAJOR vabration from the roof latches! and they tell me that there is no specific "fix" for the problem [:@]

I am truely bumbed by this !

Actually if the truth be told it was a focus or some other small vehicle, but I had to pay an extra $30 a day. ONE week on and $150 down the tubes (only picked the loaner up on monday) my roof is STILL clanging like a Metha Feka! [:@][:@][:@][:@]

I am so P!$$ed as they basically have told me Ford's Hotline has no know problem listed; therefor no fix available! [:@]

Where do I go from here?????

Infact the problem is actually worse now than it ever was due to the "attempted" fix

Bumed Out so I am !

Don't know about where you're from, but in Texas, if you have to return the car 3 times for the same problem in one year you can get it declared a lemon, then Ford has to give you back all of your money. Many states have similar laws, Google it for your state, as for media, threaten to get a local news station involved. Usually, you won't really even have to get them involved, just say that you will. You can also pay an attorney to write up a demand letter for you and have it sent to the dealer.

When the Porsche Cayenne came out, they had a problem with the drivers door seal making a whistling sound. They eventually got a fix but they had to buy back quite a few, even the turbos and then sell them at fire sale prices at auction.
