Front Lower Grill Question
So about 4 weeks ago or so on my way home from a buddies home, I hit a raccoon with my baby. The lower grill thats black broke, not to bad, you have to be looking at it to see it. So when I was by the Ford dealer, i stopped in, ordered the part. They said they'd call once it came in. So i was by there last night, and stop in to see if it was in yet, it had been like two weeks. it was in, they never called [:@]. so today i have time to put it in, and they got me a V6 lower grill not a GT!!!! ahhhhh, i told them it was a GT. SOOOOO now friday will be my next shot at getting it ordered before heading down to CARB day in indy. The question is, after looking at the grill tonight, how the heck do i remove the old one (without just breaking it out) and how do i install the new one. If the GT lower grill is similar, looks like just some tabs, but i dont have the GT, i have the V6...ahhhh, anyway, just though i'd ask, someone has had to replace it i'd think. i noticed some fasteners on the underside of the front bumper, but didnt want to travel that road if i didnt have to...attached is a picture of the area in question (before that damn raccoon)

RE: Front Lower Grill Question
I dont have the web site, right off, but Street Scene makes grill replacement inserts and has the instructions on line in Adobe. It should be the same for the factory grill as it is for their replacement. Google Streetscene grill
