The scoop is attached to the engine, not the hood, so it shakes with the engine. If you look at the mock-up on that website, you can see that.

Hummm... 365 days in a year. 330 hits returned for the phrase "ponybuilder" for a 1 year period. That is damn near one post per day for an entire year referencing the ponybuilder site. He's got over 2500 posts, and been a member here for 10 months. That puts him on an average of more than 9 posts per day if he posted EVERY SINGLE DAY he has been a member. I can't help but think he has probably seen it posted before.
