The wet plate system and direct nossle kit are both wet systems which is what you want. They just fire the shot into different locations. The only system that I know of that makes a wet plate system for the 05+ models is Nitrous Express. The kit is a little pricey but good quality. There is a sponser on here that specializes in nitrous and had an advertisement for NX kits in the vendors specials forum. Here is the link to it https://mustangforums.com/m_1528829/tm.htmShoot him a pm and he can give you a good deal and hook you up with all the parts you will need.

Hey guys.

I am planning on doing the C&L intake and brenspeed tune soon. I know that the aluminum C&L intake seems to be the most popular, but the racer seems a bit more logical to me and I am torn on the looks of the aluminum one. I just dont really see a reason why it would need to be aluminum if not running nitrous. Not to mention it is cheaper by quite a bit and he stocks them with no wait.

Brent claims only a 2-3hp loss compared to the aluminum one, mainly due to the larger MAF section and he likes the aluminum version.

Anyone have the racer? How is the quality of the plastic? Is it thin and crappy (prone to cracking, etc) or a well made piece?

Thanks
Nick

Hello Nick.

If we are talking about "whats more logical" check out the .jpg.

This is logic.
