HAHAHA. dude u can't sneak 4.10's and have the dealer just not know about it. they'll know. get the 4.10 FRPP set and have it installed by ford, then ur good to go

The speedo is calibrated via the PCM so you will have to flash it with a custom tune... You can always return to stock before going in for service you speedo will just be off until you reflash...

actually it's not the gears themselves im worried about. Im not gonna pay the dealer to install them - they still wont cover it even though it's a FORD PART installed by THEM. Ive done nothing but argue with the dealer and Ford directly. If the rear end breaks, fine - 8.8 stuff is cheap and everywhere. I am only worried about playing with the computer, which voids the warranty on my motor. I know nothing about the 3v motor or how to repair it. Rearends are easy.
