I'd like to hear from people who bought Flowmaster Axlebacks and had problems with them. Where did you buy them from and when?

I got mine from Summit Racing back in february. The only problem I have had with mine is currently the drivers side muff is tilted down to the right a bit and Ive been too lazy to crawl underneath and straighten it out. Oh, they also BANG around when driving over railroad tracks and such. (i probobly did a sheety install job)

Now, I have read that members have complained in the recent past that the internals of the muffs work their way loose and produce a rattling sound. I havent experienced that for myself.

mine are awesome. i did experience that rattling problem on my 73' Mach 1. one of the baffles came loose inside and made an annoying "tinking" sound. our mufflers are easy enough to change out - send it back. they are cool about it

Ive had them for a while and never had a single problem yet. I have a problem with putting a flowmaster on everything I touch No muffler out there can beat thier sound.
