RE: need down force
Have you played with tire pressures yet. That makes a big difference at those speeds.
To be honest. In a straight line my 06 is very stable up there. I have the 18" wheels though. I cant tell from your pic what you have on yours.

RE: need down force
CDC's chins look good and *should* keep a fair bit of air out from under the car...would sure have to think so anyway.
when it feels light, is your hood ever shaking???Ive read where a lot of cars get the hood shake, but have yet to hear of it on a lowered or chin spoilered car...seems underhood pressure really tries to lift the hood, but only on some cars...others have said theyve been over 130 with no shake. perhaps a aftermarket hood with 'extractors' or cowl vent to vent some underhood(it has to leave under the car currently) air might help too. I kinda doubt a lot of downforce from a chin, mostly because as they are taped on, I would think they would depart if more than moderate(maybe 50#) or so on them...however the undercar air eliminated might drop under car pressure by enough(even 1/4 psi under the whole cars area would be a bunch) to make a big difference in 'lift'...just guessin/askin.
