how do you reflash it take it out of your car then reinstall it? or just reinstall it ?
All you do is reflash the same tune or which ever one you want from the tuner you bought. You only have to restore the original tune if you return the car to stock and sell your tuner or if you sell your tuner and buy another kind.

It doesn't lose power, the computer adapts to the driver, if you drive mellow the system adapts to that, if you drive like a bat out of hell all the time it adapts to that as well. The reflash clears this learned table.
Alright. That's what I was trying to say. I didn't know that it still did this after the tune.
