Default Saleens website sucks!

Is there a website that gives better info on the Saleen SC, as price and upgrades. I want more than the 4lbs of boost. Has someone started selling a upgraded packege yet?

So this still uses the stock fuel pump? What is your A/F ratio and what is your rwhp if you have had it dyno'd. And do you have any other after market parts, ie exhaust, how do they compensate this with their PCM flash, or do you have to go to a DYNO.

JDM is a good place to go for Saleen upgrades as well. http://www.teamjdm.com/shop/index.php?cPath=35_45

i thought that you wouldn't have to use the lowering mounts with saleen. And I'm guessing it doesn't come with a upgraded fuel pump?

Well, I am still on the fence about that (lowering mounts) and I just finished installing and test driving...

Do you NEED them? No - the hood closes... Do you want them? Well, I would not turn them down, there is NO room to spare and I wonder just how hard the engine can torque before it starts pushing on the hood...

BTW - +1 on the upgrade kit - it should be part of the default kit - get it, now, go, go stop reading this...

If you are still reading, no fuel pump comes with the normal or the 475HP kit - just got it together - so no dyno yet, but runs pretty well on the can'd tune from Saleen - you wouldn't know that it was there until you step on the pedal and then you definitely know it is there!

No disrespect to JDM, they are great guys, but shop around because their prices are outrageous. I got my Lightning MAF and MAS for 70 bucks. Same place sells 42lb injectors and the MAF/MAS in a kit for about the same price that JDM sells the injectors alone.

For the 100,000th time. You don't have to use different motor mounts with the Saleen SC, period.
And no, it doesn't come with an upgraded fuel pump. Your stock pump will be fine up to around 475ish to the wheels. If you are running in that neighborhood you are going to have to consider forged internals anyway.
I ran a 3.6" pulley ( 7.5psi ), 445rwhp and a table top flat 11.7 A/F ratio on my car with a stock pump for at least 4k miles without a single issue.
Yes, I have since added a GT Supercar pump and a BAP, but I have also added more PSI.
