Default C&L Silicone Hose?? I Want Black

Well the title pretty much says it all. I would really like to locate the blue silicone hose that comes with the C&L in Black Silicone. It seems that the size may be the issue, seems to be an odd size. Does anyone know where to get these parts in Black? Also what the true size they are so i could order them from one of the many silicone retailers? I cannot stand the blue and the red underside doesnt fit real well with the underhood scheme either.

Did you get the Hump Hose with the bubble in the middle? If so do you have a picture of how this looks?

Yup, the hump hoses are the right ones. It allows for movement/adjustment of the intake tube and or air box without anything binding.
Same thing JDM sells with their Racer intake tube for SCed cars, except they are $95 bucks through them.
It will also allow you to run the C&L Racer intake tube with a Saleen SC and not have to get the shorter motor mounts.

Yeah those look pretty good. I was concerned they might look funky but that actually isn't bad.
I see on that site that they make custom hose also so I may send my two pieces to them and have them make me replacements for them.

So your sure the 4" and 4-1/2" will fit the regular C&L??

As for spending 60.00 on two hoses yep sometimes thing just have to look right. And that blue hose they supply looks like ***.

Looks like the correct sizes are 3.5 and 4.5 also the straight hose is only about 11.00 each so it is only costing me around 28.00 total to have black hose.

Post when you get yours if they fit. I'd like to get some black hose to match the exterior color instead of the dumb blue ones.

You're probably right on the 3 1/2" for the C&L MAF. I am running one larger than the C&L.
