The $260 price is if you get it without the MAF sensor. Here's the link to the one that has it:

True, but only if you're going to tune. The MAF offered by Granatelli is a middleman at the sensor, which tricks the circuit. With the Granatelli MAF, you don't need to tune to compensate for the incorrect readings of the stock sensor.
