If you were to drive it grandma easy your mileage will IMPROVE but when you drive more aggressively the mileage will drop. Problem is when you have that power avail you tend to use it, hehe & mileage drops the more you use the right pedal. More air means more fuel. So when boost goes up so does fuel consumption.

Dont know yet... its not a DD and I dont think I've filled up yet since the first full tank after I picked her up from the install.. and..... I've had a bit of a lead foot with it... kinda hard not to....

We didn't buy for the mpg right

well I cetainly did not buy it for its economy nor added an S/C for added MPH....

but I did fill up today and figured my mileage..... 12.9!!!! LOL guess the HP+LEADFOOT = guzzler....

congrates on the vortech, I love mine....I would really consider the intercooler, will make a big difference

I'll probably do it, next year, much easier to swallow a 1,200 dollar pill than a 5,700 dollar one. Plus this will be easier for my wife to handle, she won't freak out over 1,200 bucks. Did you dyno yours and if so how much did it put out? Are you running 8-9lbs with the cooler or more boost?
