So i was checking out my engine and i spotted some oil spots coming out from the valve cover gasket, [:@]what do you guys thing is wrong with the car now. is it covered under the warraty?

At the fwd end?

Thats where you have add a smidge (technical term) of RTV.
It's a rubber o-ring type gasket and reuseable.
Did you ck torq on the bolts? (Not that you have to really get out the torq wrench.)
If I remember right those are 8mm heads. (Been awhile)

i dont want to do it myself, not that i dont know how to, cuz i have done it before, but would ford take care of it for me ?

As long as they haven't been tampered with, I don't see why not. Tampered with meaning they've been removed at one point, either to paint the covers, install something, etc.
