I just bought an 05 GT Premium 5-spd,leather, side-impact air bags, etcwith 9K miles for $24K. Previous owner put nearly $8K into it and did majority of the work I was planning on doing to a stock one (steeda intake + premium tune, steeda UDP, ford motorsports shorties, full steeda g-trac suspension upgrade, steeda exhaust, 20" rims).I'veneveractually driven a stock GT so I have no baseline for comparison, but I'm sure happy with what I've got !
