They plug into the wiring and bypass the O2 sensors.

soooo does the mil eliminator screw into the exhaust in place of the o2 sensor or does it just plug into the wiring and hangs freely and you have to plug the o2 hole thats in the exhaust? you only have to buy 2 mil eliminators for the o2 sensors that are in the cats correct? thanks for all the help.

They "act" as the O2 sensor...giving fake readings to the computer to bypass the check engine light

Just bought o/r H pipe and cai with tune from Brenspeed. My H pipe is coming a week sooner than my cai. If I install the H pipe with out the tune will it just turn the light on, or will it cause some damage if driven for a week? Also any one ever run a H pipe with stock mufflers, and how did it sound?
Thanks!
