I use Pennzoil platinum full synthetic with KandN filter. Car runs amazing.

I have a mod addiction and it happens at any level of maintenance or modification for me....... and I just like to get under the car 2x a yr and change the oil and the filter....so not that expensive for me (like you said low miles and no severe abuse with my stang)

Just another opportunity to work on the car and enjoy!

I should also point out that regular filter changes are just as important (if not more) then the type of oil....conventional vs blend vs syn.
